Age Recommendations
The production is suitable for all ages, and the theatre publishes content advice for the show on its website ahead of the run. Everyone, whatever their age, needs their own ticket, and anyone aged 16 or under must be accompanied by and seated with an adult.
Best Time to Attend
Wednesday and Saturday matinees at 2:30 pm are the calmer option and easy to build a day around. Evening performances at 7:30 pm draw a fuller house — and in a room this size, a packed auditorium makes the silences land harder. Previews from 11 March are the cheapest seats of the run; the press night is on 17 March.

Kiln Bar serves wines, cocktails and light snacks, plus hand-stretched wood-fired pizzas before the show. It opens at 5:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and at 1 pm on Wednesday and Saturday. The Kilburn High Road entrance has a gently sloping ramp giving level access to the bar, box office and toilets. Kilburn's pubs and restaurants are a few minutes' walk for pre-show dining. Outside food and drink may not be brought into the auditorium.

There is a disabled bay outside the Kilburn High Road entrance and two blue badge bays on Buckley Road. Kilburn Underground, 500 metres away, has a lift and the walk down the High Road is step free. This run includes a captioned performance on 1 April, a relaxed performance on 7 April, and an audio described performance preceded by a touch tour on 15 April. Access tickets are £15 for any seat at any performance, with one complimentary personal assistant ticket available — contact the theatre's access team on 020 7328 1000 to arrange your visit.

Performances are at 7:30 pm from Monday to Saturday, with matinees at 2:30 pm on Wednesday and Saturday. Because there is no interval, latecomers may not be admitted at all, so allow time to find your seat.

By tube: Kilburn (Jubilee line) is the nearest Underground station, 500 metres away. It has a lift, and the walk down the High Road is step free — turn right as you leave the station and allow five to seven minutes.
By train: Brondesbury on the London Overground is closer still, three to five minutes' walk. Note that this station does not have a lift.
By bus: Routes 16, 32, 98, 316, 328 and 332 all serve Kilburn High Road, with night services N16 and N98. The nearest stop is Kilburn Station.
By car: Parking is limited and the theatre recommends public transport. On-street parking is controlled 8:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday including bank holidays, with a two hour maximum stay. There is a disabled bay at the Buckley Road entrance and two blue badge bays outside it.
