What Your Ticket Includes
Your ticket covers entry to the performance of Cinderella in the Main House at the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre. Food and drink are not included, and programmes are sold separately or can be pre-purchased with your tickets for collection on the day.
Age Recommendations
Age guidance is 6+. Children aged 3 and under may sit on the lap of an adult, and children aged 4 and over need their own ticket. Anyone under 14 must be accompanied by and seated with a full-paying adult aged 18 or over.
Best Time to Attend
The 1:30 pm performances are the calmer option and easier to build a family day around. The 7:30 pm shows draw a fuller, louder house, which is when the audience participation and the big musical numbers land hardest. Weekday performances in late November are the quietest of the run; the fortnight either side of Christmas is the busiest.
Facilities
The Main House is a 565-seat Victorian auditorium, so no seat is far from the stage. The Lyric Bar serves snacks and cocktails and opens on to the Roof Garden, Monday to Friday from midday and Saturday from 11 am, and interval drinks can be pre-ordered. Outsider Tart @ the Lyric is the ground-floor café opening on to Lyric Square, serving pancakes, salads, sandwiches and desserts from 9 am until curtain up on performance days. There are all-gender, gender-specific and accessible toilets on the bar, stalls and balcony levels, plus a baby change facility on the first floor, and the theatre is breastfeeding friendly. The Lyric is cashless throughout, and there is no permanent cloakroom, so travel light.

The building is fully accessible, with lifts to both theatres and step-free access to the Stalls, including wheelchair spaces and transfer seats. An audio enhancement system works with your own wired earphones, and assistance and guide dogs are welcome. One complimentary carer or companion seat comes with every full-price access ticket. This run includes a relaxed performance on 1 December at 10 am, an audio described performance with a touch tour on 10 December at 7 pm, a BSL interpreted performance on 11 December at 7 pm and an open captioned performance on 16 December at 7 pm. How Long Is Cinderella?
The Lyric Hammersmith gives the running time for Cinderella as approximately 2 hours, including one interval.
Performances run daily at 1:30 pm and 7:30 pm from 14 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. The theatre cannot guarantee entry to latecomers, who are seated at a suitable break in the performance if one is available and not necessarily in the seats booked, so allow time to arrive and settle in.

Leave by the Beadon Road exit and turn right for Lyric Square. Most audiences arrive by tube: Hammersmith station is about two minutes away on four lines.

No. Food and drink bought elsewhere may not be brought into the auditorium. The Lyric Bar serves pizzas, sliders and cocktails and takes interval pre-orders, and Outsider Tart @ the Lyric on the ground floor is open from 9 am until curtain up on performance days. The whole building is cashless, so bring a card or your phone.
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre. The Roof Garden off the Lyric Bar is the open-air part of the building, and it is not a smoking area either.
Photography, filming and any other recording are not allowed during the performance. You are welcome to take photos in the foyer, in the café and on Lyric Square before the show and during the interval.
Tickets are non-refundable once payment has been taken and a performance is going ahead as advertised. The Lyric will exchange them for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, if you contact the Box Office at least 24 hours before your performance time; a £2 admin fee applies. If no other date works, the value can be issued as credit valid for a year.
