What Your Ticket Includes
Your ticket covers entry to the show in the seat you select at the Novello Theatre — the full performance, the live band and ABBA's songbook from start to finish. Food, drink and anything not listed as included are extra.
Age Recommendations
Recommended for general audiences aged 5 and above. Children under 3 are not admitted. Everyone entering the auditorium, whatever their age, must have their own ticket, and anyone aged 16 or under must be accompanied by and seated next to an adult.
Best Time to Attend
Weekday evening and matinee performances are the calmest, with shorter queues at the bars and in the foyer. Weekends and school holidays draw the biggest, liveliest crowds — ideal if you want the full sing-along atmosphere.
Facilities
The theatre has bars on several levels, a merchandise stand and cloakroom facilities. Food and drink bought elsewhere may not be brought into the auditorium. The Strand and Covent Garden sit a couple of minutes away for pre-theatre dining.
Accessibility
Wheelchair access is via a lift at the Catherine Street entrance, with a wheelchair space and a transfer space available in the Dress Circle at each performance and companion seats alongside. Accessible toilets are on the Dress Circle level and an infrared hearing system is fitted in the auditorium. Captioned and audio described performances run on selected dates — confirm the dates and reserve access seats with the box office before you book.

The performance itself runs about 2 hours and 35 minutes, including one interval. Allow around three hours at the theatre in total so you have time to collect tickets, clear security and find your seat without rushing.
Arriving 30 minutes before curtain-up is comfortable. Latecomers are held until a suitable break in the performance, and a break cannot be guaranteed — so if you are eating beforehand on the Strand or in Covent Garden, book a table early and give yourself a clear half hour before the show.
