What Your Ticket Includes
Your ticket covers entry to one performance of Moulin Rouge! The Musical at the Piccadilly Theatre, with the full company and band performing live. Food and drink are not included and are available to buy at the theatre bars.
Age Recommendations
The show is recommended for ages 12 and over. Children under 12 may be admitted at the discretion of a parent or guardian, and there are strictly no under-5s in the venue. The production explores mature subject matter and contains flashing and strobe lighting, fog, loud bangs and the appearance of firearms onstage.
Best Time to Attend
The 2:30 pm matinees on Thursdays and Saturdays are the calmer option and easier to build a day in the West End around. Monday to Thursday evenings tend to have the best availability, while Friday and Saturday nights draw the fullest, liveliest house.
Facilities
The bars open for drinks and snacks at 1:00 pm before matinees and 6:00 pm before evening performances, and once the auditorium is open you can order to your seat. The auditorium itself opens at 1:45 pm for matinees and 6:45 pm for evening shows. Bars, lounges and auditorium are fully air conditioned. There is a cloakroom for large suitcases only, with coats and small bags kept under your seat. The box office is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:30 pm. The Piccadilly Theatre has wheelchair spaces and seats suitable for transferring from a wheelchair, seating suitable for visually impaired guests, and a Sennheiser MobileConnect sound amplification system that works through your own smart device or a borrowed one. Assistance and guide dogs are welcome. Captioned, British Sign Language interpreted and audio-described performances run on selected dates.
