My 5 and 3 year old loved this show! There was a lot of variety (puppetry, dialogue, dancing, singing & light shows) and plenty of interactivity between the cast and audience

Things to Know Before Booking Peppa Pig's Big Family Show Tickets

What Your Ticket Includes

Your ticket covers entry to the performance of Peppa Pig's Big Family Show! at the Theatre Royal Haymarket — the Fierylight stage production, performed live with the full company of characters. Food and drink are not included, and tickets are issued as e-tickets only.

Age Recommendations

This is a show built for pre-schoolers and it runs a comfortable 1 hour 20 minutes. Babes in arms are welcome: babies under 12 months sitting on an adult's lap do not need a ticket, but everyone else does, whatever their age. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by and seated with an adult.

Best Time to Attend

Morning performances at 10:30 am or 11:00 am tend to suit the youngest audiences best — attention spans are longer and the theatre is calmer on the way in. Afternoon shows at 1:00 pm or 1:30 pm leave the morning free for the rest of the West End. Relaxed performances, with a more informal approach to noise and movement, run on Monday 7 December at 1:30 pm and Saturday 2 January at 1:00 pm.

Facilities

The auditorium opens 45 minutes before the performance and it is worth arriving at least 30 minutes early for security and seating. Only collapsible strollers can be accepted; they can be left in the cloakroom from 30 minutes before the show and space is limited, so fold them before you hand them over. Onsite bars serve drinks and snacks, outside food is not allowed, and photography and filming are not permitted during the performance. Latecomers will be asked to wait for a suitable break, which cannot be guaranteed.

Accessibility

There are three steps into the foyer, and the seating levels are reached by stairs — the Stalls are 30 steps down from the foyer, the Royal Circle 24 steps up and the Upper Circle and Gallery 57 steps up, so customers with mobility needs are advised to book the Stalls. Step-free access to the Stalls is via an alternative entrance that opens 30 minutes before the show, through the side doors on the Haymarket, and there are two wheelchair spaces at the back of the auditorium with an adapted toilet in the same area. Infra-red amplification headsets, including adaptors for hearing aids on the T-position, are available from the front of house team in the foyer. Guide dogs and hearing dogs are welcome in the auditorium. Access seats and wheelchair spaces cannot be booked online — contact the theatre's box office in advance.

St James's Market
Two minutes from the theatre, just behind the Haymarket. A small square of restaurants and cafes with outdoor tables, which makes it the easiest option before an 11am show — you can be seated, fed and at the door without a scramble.

Chinatown
Gerrard Street and the lanes around it are about six minutes' walk. Dim sum and noodles arrive quickly, portions are generous and nobody minds a noisy table of children — the practical choice between a morning and an afternoon show.

Trafalgar Square
Five minutes down the Haymarket. The lions, the fountains and the free galleries around the square, including the National Gallery and its cafes, make an easy add-on either side of the performance if you are making a day of it.

Covent Garden
Eight minutes north-east of the theatre. The piazza has street performers, the market building and a wide spread of family-friendly restaurants, from pizza and pasta to burgers, plus somewhere for everyone to run around afterwards.
